Yes, I do.  because, it enriches my vocabulary, gives ample ideas and thoughts and expands my broadmindedness

Well, it really doesnt matter, however it should be interesting

No, not at all, that's not everyone's domain, its a tough job, the flow of ideas,everyone can't get that so easily, very herculean task

When I was in 8th std, we had a recess, break between 4 and 4 lectures of 40 min. During the break, we used to visit nearby historical temple, many foreign visitors used to come, so on one day I found a troop of Japanese people who were drawing fabulously sketch of that site. I got curious and went near to them. Then initially I started talking in english, they also responded well, then we did a good talk however, when the break was likely to over, my friend told to get back to class in time and I gave them send off by saying 'sayonara' that means good bye in japanese language. and they got completely fright stricken and got so delighted and he urged to stop and then he asked how I came to know of that word. Actually i have heard in a song, they really got delighted and taught me some basic gestures and greeting of japanese and made me talk to other guys in japanese, it was funny, they were very warm and emotional and finally gave me a t-shirt before letting me go. However, I got the punishment for reaching late at school. Nobody could believe barring my friend.

- How can learning a foreign language benefit us? Why?
Well it would be helpful to understand to enjoy the other culture when we visit such place

from my 8th std. before we did not have in curriculum

- When is the best time to learn a foreign language?
During primary standards from 5 to 7, as during that time students have good control in their own mother tongue and can understand learning of other language and its grammar functions  

- What is the best way to learn a foreign language?
Attending online language learning tools, that can help a bit, however professional coaching institute, which can give a perfect solution by teaching in proper steps
